How-to Obtain Your NO OBLIGATION Quote Online self employed | business people!
If you are a first time visitor to the Insurance Protection website (inspro.ca) read the following to familiarize yourself with Manulife Health Insurance Plans before you get your No Obligation Quote or apply for a Health Insurance plan.

Before you get your No Obligation Quote online, read about the insurance plans available and get a broad idea about Manulife Health Insurance products.
To get your quote
Open the QUOTE Window that appears anywhere on this page.
It will take you to the "About Us" page, click on the "Personal Plans for Individuals and Small Business" which you find on the top left hand corner of the bar (below the insurance protection logo) or bottom left hand corner of your window.
You will be directed to the "List of Plans," first choose your province from the drop down box under the list of plans. .
Click on Read More About FlexCare or FollowMe plans.
Note: FollowMe is for people who lost their group health and dental benefit after retirement or loss of employment.
After reading the appropriate Individual Plan Description, click View Product Information at the bottom of your window.
It will take you to the "Coverage Listing," choose the plan you are interested in, it will give you detailed information on the plan (a brief overview of each plan can be found below).
To obtain a quote for a plan, click on any "Quick Quote & Buy OnLine" link you find on the page.
Select the plan you are interested in by clicking on the appropriate check boxes. Click Continue. It will take you to a set of common questions; answer all the questions.
Again Click Continue.
You will now be presented with pricing for all core plans based on the information you provided. Select the plan you are interested in and click on Continue.
Now you will see FlexCare Add-Ons pricing. If you are interested, select any add-ons, or if you are not interested, simply click Continue.
Your quote total will now appear.
To purchase a plan
To purchase a plan you must complete the steps noted above to obtain a quote first.
If you are satisfied with the quote, and Terms of Purchase, click on the icon “Click here to agree to the Terms of Purchase.”
Once again click on Continue to purchase your health insurance plan. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: You may choose to download a printable application form and mail it in. Select the "If you would prefer to complete and mail a paper application, download a printable version" link at the bottom of the page QUOTE Window.

There are two Manulife Health Insurance Products, namely FlexCare®
and FollowMe®
FlexCare ®
If you don’t have an Employee Health Plan, FlexCare ® is for you. These plans are ideal for individuals, couples, families, self-employed and small businesses that do not qualify for Group Insurance.
IF YOU ARE SELF-EMPLOYED OR A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, YOUR FLEXCARE PLAN
CAN ESSENTIALLY PAY FOR ITSELF!
Self-employed people who want health coverage that extends beyond their government health insurance plan may deduct their supplemental health coverage premiums from their business income. When you add up the potential tax savings, your plan could virtually pay for itself!
For those who are not self-employed, don't forget, a tax credit may be available to you.
If you are 65 years of age or over, you are likely to have special health priorities. All FlexCare core plans have Seniors' Adjustments to reflect your needs.
FlexCare has 3 core plans: ComboPlus™ DrugPlus™ DentalPlus™
ComboPlus™ with starter, basic and enhanced coverage

If you like you can customize your FlexCare core plans with FlexCare®Add-Ons. These add-ons could be used only with the 3 core plans. However, Travel + 8 & 21 days add-ons, and Vision Enhanced Add-on are not available with ComboPlus Starter Coverage.

FollowMe is for those who are coming off a group insurance plan due to job loss,career change or retirement..
FollowMe is designed to offer uninterrupted health and dental coverage for you and your family, when your employment and group benefits end. If you apply within 60 days of your loss of group health and dental benefits, you will qualify without having to complete a medical questionnaire.
FollowMe equips you and your family with the protection you require, regardless of what company plan you were on.
There are four levels of protection to choose from, you can select the plan that meets your specific needs.
